To prevent shrinkage, the machine wash temperature should be 40°C / 100°F; for fine linen fabrics, avoid using a washing machine; it is preferable to wash by hand. Avoid harsh powder detergents when cleaning items and only use oxygen-based bleach on white linen. For optimal drying, hang your laundry; if this is not possible, tumble dry on a low heat and remove while still damp. You can iron the fabric to give it a neat appearance, but we encourage you to give it a naturally crinkled look.
