Swedish kanelbullar are soft cinnamon buns with a buttery swirl and crunchy pearl sugar. Make a pillowy yeast dough, add the cinnamon-sugar filling, shape, proof, brush with egg wash and bake hot at 220 °C. Serve slightly warm with coffee for a cozy, truly Scandi break.
